Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

In order to be as accommodating to all our clients as possible, we have a 48 hour cancellation policy in effect. Cancellations or reschedules must be made 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations or reschedules within a 48 hour notice will be charged 50% of service(s) booked. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within a 24 hour notice will be charged 100% of services booked.

Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. The information collected is used solely for internal use and will not be shared. Emails will not be sent more than quarterly and only to those who give their email to us as a show of interest.

Return/Refund Policy

No returns or refunds are offered on services. Refunds on retail products returned within 14 days of purchase with no less than 75% of product remaining, in original packaging, and refunded as the payment type (less any fees) that ERC has paid.
